Refunds and cancelling
Free trial
New lodges can try the Table Planner free for 60 days. No card is needed, and nothing is charged when the trial ends: if your lodge doesn't pay, its seating plans simply become read-only, as our terms explain.
Your first payment: 30 days to change your mind
If your lodge isn't happy, email us within 30 days of its first payment and we will refund it in full. You don't need to give a reason.
Cancelling
- Your lodge can cancel at any time from its Account & billing page ("Manage payment or cancel"), or by emailing web@lodgeofalliance.org.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your lodge keeps the service until the end of the year it has paid for.
- After the first 30 days, we don't refund part of a year, except where we have let you down (for example, if we stop providing the service, or make a change your lodge doesn't accept, as our terms explain), or where the law requires it.
Renewals
Your lodge's subscription renews each year on the same date, by card. We email the account holder a reminder before it renews. If your lodge didn't mean to renew, tell us within 30 days of the renewal payment and we will refund it in full.
How refunds are paid
We pay refunds to the card the payment came from, within 14 days of agreeing them. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
If you're buying as a private individual
If you are buying Lodge Platform as a consumer rather than for your lodge, you also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of buying. When you pay, you ask us to start straight away; our 30-day refund for a first payment already covers your 14 days.
Lodges that helped us test
Lodges that took part in our test keep using Lodge Platform free until we tell them otherwise. Before anything changes we will give the account holder at least 30 days' notice, and nothing will be charged without the lodge's agreement.
